Workforce Planning West wants to know how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the workforce in Southern Ontario.
They've released a survey, asking questions about demographics and how the crisis has personally affected you.
It says the full survey should only take about five to 10 minutes to complete, and your responses are completely anonymous.
They provide a warning, stating questions nearing the end of the survey are sensitive and may be a source of distress.
They also provide a link to resources if you are distressed, including the World Health Organization.
The survey expires Thursday, April 9.
