St. Marys Memorial Hospital is resuming regular operating hours.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance said the emergency department is once again open 24 hours, seven days per week.
But, the COVID-19 outbreak at the hospital has not been declared over.
In April, there were 20 confirmed cases in the in-patient unit.
Reduced hours were first put in place in the middle of that month because of COVID-related staffing issues.
"We thank our healthcare partners for their support & our community for their understanding during this difficult time," HPHA said in a tweet.
