Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal crash just south of Guelph.
Officers were called to Gordon Street and Maltby Road in Puslinch around 5 a.m. Saturday after a two vehicle crash.
Police say multiple people sustained injuries, and a 40-year-old Guelph man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger and another driver were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
