Firefighters rushed to the scene after one lucky dog fell into the Elora Gorge and lived to tell the tale.
Carl the dog fell an estimated 50 feet into the Gorge around 4 p.m. on Friday.
Centre Wellington Fire Rescue lifted Carl out of the Gorge before the good boy was taken to the vet with minor injuries.
County Road 7 bridge in Elora was closed during the rescue.
