ANGUS, Ont. — Provincial police west of Barrie, Ont., say an 11-year-old boy has been pronounced dead after he was hit by a pick-up truck while cycling. Police said Sunday that the boy was pronounced dead after being in hospital since Thursday.

Toronto police say a 17-year-old girl is dead after a hit-and-run in the city's north end. Police say the incident happened early Sunday morning at 12:15 a.m., when the girl and a 19-year-old woman were using a crosswalk.

TORONTO — Ontario is reporting 415 new COVID-19 cases today, and 19 more deaths. More than half of the new cases are from a previous reporting delay between a lab and public health.
