Toronto police have arrested a man in an apartment shooting that killed one person and injured three others.

Police say the 27-year-old Toronto man was arrested and charged Wednesday with second-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder.

The arrest comes after police responded to the shooting at an apartment on Dunn Avenue just south of Queen Street on Nov. 15.

Police say 23-year-old Abel Gime was shot and found dead in a third-floor unit of the apartment building.

They say a 19-year-old man was found in the lobby suffering from life-threatening injuries and sent to hospital.

Police say the other two shooting victims, a 22-year-old man and 44-year-old woman, fled the building and eventually were treated in hospital for their injuries.
