Adopt Me: Poor Bandit is a survivor (adopted)

Despite all he has been through in life, Bandit has so much love to give

KitchenerToday, in partnership with the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Bandit is a two-year-old, handsome survivor who has been with us since July 23. When he first arrived at the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society, he was very sick with an upper respiratory infection and a fractured hind leg. He was also confirmed FIV positive.

The look in his eyes was incredibly sad and he seemed to cry out for help in his unique meow- a bit soft, a bit raspy. Our dedicated staff treated him and gave all the love he needed to heal from his injuries, but we had to amputate his hind limb due to the extent of his fracture.

Despite all he has been through in life, Bandit has so much love to give, always excited to see people arriving, greeting visitors with his unique meow, and giving many head-butts for lots of pets on the head in return.

Now Bandit is looking for a loving and caring home that suits his unique and loving personality and where he can be the only cat.

Come to the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society and meet Bandit today, our Adoption Counselors will give you more information and guide you through the adoption process.
