Police search for suspect in red pajama pants after knife-point robbery

An interaction gone wrong in Waterloo.
Waterloo regional police are searching for a young man after an altercation at a local restaurant, turned into an alleged knife-point robbery.
Investigators reported that shortly after midnight Wednesday, two men got into a disagreement by a business near Erb Street West and University Avenue West in Waterloo.
“During the incident, one of the individuals allegedly brandished a small knife and stole property belonging to the victim,” said police.
No one was hurt.
Police are still looking for the suspect who is described as in his mid-20s with a thin build.
They said he was wearing a black hoodie and red pajama pants at the time of the incident.
