Suspects still wanted after theft of $1,600 worth of ice cream and pop

Police laid several charges in connection with a theft and property damage to a Cambridge business that happened earlier this month.
Waterloo Regional Police Service said in a release that on May 3, officers got a report of a break-in at a business in the area of Water Street North near Park Hill Road East. Through the investigation, police identified a suspect wanted and released his image.
Officials determined that the suspects were able to get inside the building and stole $1,600 worth of pop and ice cream. The release also notes that there was about $500 worth of property damage to the business. Police are still looking for two of the three people believed to be connected to the incident.
One person, a 38-year-old man, is facing charges including:
- Disguise with Intent
- Break and Enter
- Theft Under $5,000 (three counts)
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 (three counts)
He was arrested and is expected in court in August.
A second suspect is still on the run from police. Officials said they issued an arrest warrant for a 45-year-old Cambridge man wanted for break and enter, theft under $5,000, mischief under $5,000, and fail to comply with a judicial order.
Investigators are still trying to identify a third person. They previously released his image to the public for help.
