19-year-old Cambridge man facing slew of charges in threats investigation

An arrest has been made stemming from a threats investigation in Cambridge.
The incident dates back to March 21, when police were informed of a resident in the Greenway-Chaplin area being threatened with a firearm.
No injuries were reported in that incident.
Then on Tuesday, Waterloo Regional Police executed a search warrant at a Cambridge home that resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old Cambridge man.
The accused is facing multiple charges that include, uttering threats, unauthorized possession of a firearm, posession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order and breach of probation.
He was then held in police custody for a bail hearing.
The investigation remains ongoing.
