Four injured after truck strikes horse and buggy near Millbank

A collision with a horse and buggy has sent four people to hospital with serious injuries.
Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said just before 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14, a white pick-up truck collided with the horse and buggy on Perth Road 116 near Perth Line 72, just outside of Millbank.
Four individuals were riding in the buggy. All suffered serious injuries and were rushed to a trauma center. One of the victims was then airlifted to another trauma center with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck was not injured. The condition of the horse was not specified.
Police have not stated if charges are pending but are asking any witnesses to come forward and for drivers in the area at the time to check dashcam footage for anything investigators may find useful.
