Comeback kids: Rangers force Game 7 in dominant win over Spitfires

The Kitchener Rangers are now one win away from completing a Hollywood-like comeback against the Windsor Spitfires after a dominant performance in Game 6 on Sunday night.
The Blueshirts have tied their second-round series against the Spitfires at three games apiece with a bullish 4-0 win, which included a pair of goals from Rangers forward Jack Pridham.
The Aud was electric on Sunday night as more than 6,000 fans gave the East Avenue Blue the boost they needed to earn the win on home ice.

“Not even 30 seconds into the game, the fans are chanting ‘Let’s go Rangers’, that passes the goosebumps test,” said 570’s Colour Commentator Paul Fixter. “The players hear that, they get energized by that. Good on you Rangers fans. There’s a reason there’s a banner in the stands that says number one fans. You deserve it.”
The series so far
If the Rangers can win on Tuesday night, they’ll join a very short list of teams to complete a comeback and win in a series where they trailed 3-0.
Back in 2010, the Spitfires won the Western Conference Finals against the Rangers after trailing the series 3-0.
The Rangers will get a chance at redemption on Tuesday night in Windsor.
The Rangers are sending a fan bus to Windsor to spread some red, blue, and white around WFCU Centre. Fan bus trips are available for purchase at greatcanadianholidays.com/Tour/Kitchener-Rangers-Fan-Trips-ODay.
