Arthur Street South between St. Jacobs, Elmira reopens following collision
Arthur Street South between St. Jacobs and Elmira has reopened following a collision near the CN rail crossing just south of Scotch Line Road.
Multiple callers to the *401 traffic line reported a closure on Arthur Street South between Listowel Road and Sawmill Road around 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Regional police confirmed there was three vehicles collision.
