Teen reported to have recorded child changing at rec complex; police probe

Officers are continuing an investigation after a report that someone was observed committing an act of voyeurism in Waterloo.
The incident happened on Feb. 12 at around 7:15 p.m. Police were told someone was recording a child while they were changing in a private stall at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex on Father David Bauer Drive.
The suspect is described as a brown male, about 16 years old with short hair. At the time he was seen wearing beige track pants and a beige hoodie.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
