Police looking to identify individual tied to Waterloo break-in

An investigation is underway by Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) after a reported break-in at a Waterloo business.

Police say the incident took place Dec. 5 at around 5:30 a.m. at a business in the area of University Avenue East and Weber Street North.

Officers say an unknown suspect was able to gain entry to a building where they then stole property. No details have been provided by WRPS as to the specifics or value of what was taken.

The investigation is underway, with police looking to identify and speak with a pictured individual who is believed to be involved in the incident.
