Charges anticipated following crash at Kitchener intersection
More details are emerging about a crash that closed an intersection in Kitchener for almost the entire day on Thursday.
The crash happened at the intersection of Bridgeport Road and Lancaster Street at around 6 a.m.
A Hyundai and Kia collided at the intersection, causing significant damage.

Lancaster Street West was closed until the evening while hydro crews repaired the damage.
Both drivers, a 19-year-old man and 38-year-old woman, were taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Police say charges are anticipated.
They’re asking anyone with more information to contact them.
