Police investigating after 65-year-old woman struck by vehicle in Kitchener
Regional police continue to investigate after a 65-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle in Kitchener on Friday.
According to Waterloo Regional Police, the incident happened in the area of Highland Road and Lawrence Avenue at around 6:20 p.m.
A Kitchener woman was struck by a Mazda, and emergency services took her to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the Mazda, a 32-year-old Kitchener man, was not injured. Police say charges are anticipated.
