Line 86 reopens following crash in west end of Elmira
Line 86 has reopened following a crash involving a cyclist on Wednesday morning.
Waterloo Regional Police say that collision had closed Line 86 between Floradale Road and Reid Woods Drive, on the west end of Elmira.
The cyclist was sent to local hospital with unknown injuries.
