Anyone with information is encouraged to call police.
The plaza at Ottawa and Lackner, is the same location where a member of the Coalition for Muslim Women was the victim of an alleged hate-motivated incident, back in May 2023.
The interaction at the DriveTest centre was caught on video and went viral online.
A Waterloo woman was charged in that case.
