Police called to weapons incident at Fairview Park Mall
Quite the scene at Fairview Park Mall Thursday evening, with shoppers telling police, two teens were making threats with a gun.
Police were called to the Kitchener mall around 6:15 p.m., where an 18-year-old and 16-year-old were arrested.
Police said the pair were holding a conducted energy weapon, and no actual firearm was found.

Both young men are from Kitchener and are facing numerous charges including assault with a weapon, and weapons dangerous.
No one was hurt.
The investigation is still ongoing.
