Police make arrest in November sexual assault investigation

Waterloo Regional Police arrested a man on Saturday after a reported sexual assault that happened in November.

Police said the assault happened in Kitchener on Nov. 14 at the Fairview Park mall food court.

A 24-year-old from Kitchener is facing sexual assault charges.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 11, 2024.
