Fourth person facing charges in Guelph homicide investigation

The Guelph Police Service continues to investigate a homicide in the royal city, following the discovery of the body of a missing person last Friday.

It was on Oct. 8 that Guelph Police said they began their search for a missing 45-year-old Guelph man, identified as Kenny.

Police have since indicated that missing man was found dead outside the city by officers.

Three Guelph residents were initially arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

Those suspects include a 43-year-old man, a 39-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman.

Police later arrested a fourth person, a 37-year-old Guelph man, who was also charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

Guelph police have indicated that they believe this incident is targeted in nature. There is no threat to public safety.
