Mill Race Park Amphitheatre temporarily closed for repairs

One of the best places to sit by the river in Cambridge is closed for improvements.

The Mill Race Park Amphitheatre is getting an upgrade to put in new seating to replace the deteriorating wooden benches.

The work is expected to wrap up by the end of November.

Public access to the surrounding park space will be maintained during the repairs.

The City of Cambridge said event bookings for the space have already been blocked off for October to November.
