House fire causes $50K in damage
Kitchener Fire were called to a house fire in Kitchener Wednesday morning just before 8 a.m.
The fire happened at a house on Rush Meadow Court which is near Homer Watson and Doon Village Drive.

Video from a CityNews Kitchener listener shows smoke coming from a house with at least four fire trucks on scene at the time of the fire. Police and ambulance also responded.
Fire officials say damage is estimated at around $50,000 from what officials are calling “careless smoking.”
No one was hurt in the incident.
