Titans announce new head coach

Cliff Clinkscales is returning to the K-W Titans.

On Tuesday, he was announced as the new head coach and assistant general manager of the National Basketball Association of Canada team.

Clinkscales made his NLBC coaching debut last season, serving as lead assistant coach under head coach Neal Foreman.

As a player, he spent time with the Halifax Hurricanes, where he played until 2020.

Clinkscales played his entire college career at DePaul University in Chicago.

The Titans being the 2023 season in Sudbury on February 22. Their home opener is scheduled for March 1 versus Windsor.

The team was recently purchased by David and Kate Schooley. They will initially own 50 per cent of the team with the other half being community owned.
