Sweet! Treats in the Streets returns to Uptown Waterloo
Uptown Waterloo will welcome ghosts & ghoulies this year as the Treats in the Streets experience returns.
The family-friendly event runs on October 30 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., welcoming residents to enjoy Uptown Waterloo while collecting candy along the way from participating businesses.
The event will include live music and pop-up street performers through Uptown Waterloo – as well as some costumed characters to complete the Halloween atmosphere and free Uptown BIA swag in the public square. Children are also invited to dress up in their favourite costumes for the trick-or-treat experience.
