Miltons Restaurant in Kitchener up for sale
Miltons Restaurant in Kitchener is now up for sale.
The property is located at 2979 King Street East and the business has a listing price of $495,000.
The restaurant has been under scrutiny for nearly a year after a video went viral in November 2021 of the alleged owners involved in an altercation with a man that had a service dog.

The video showed two men allegedly forcibly removing the man with a service dog from the restaurant after they asked him to show his legal papers for the service dog.
A protest was held outside of the restaurant a few days after the video surfaced online.
Waterloo Regional Police later laid charges against two Kitchener men. A 53-year-old man is facing an assault charge and a 54-year-old man was charged with assault and one count of utter threats.
The case is still before the courts.
