Two-vehicle collision in Waterloo sends motorcyclist to hospital

Members of Waterloo Regional Police's Traffic Services Unit continue to investigate following a two-vehicle collision in Waterloo.

That crash saw emergency crews respond to the area of Weber Street North and Lincoln Road yesterday around 9:40 p.m.

According to their investigation, police said a motorcyclist was heading south when they collided with a car as it exited a private driveway.

The driver of that motorcycle, a 28-year-old man from Wellington County, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police have indicated that charges related to the collision are still pending. They've asked anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or who may have dash cam footage, to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
