A man convicted of manslaughter in the death of a 13-year-old Kitchener girl is now out of jail.
Kingston police are out with a public safety notice for their city, where he now resides.
61-year-old Christopher Watts spent 12 years in prison for the death and sexual assault of Amanda Raymond back in 2001.
She had overdosed during a party at his Puslinch Lake Island home and she was sexually assaulted.
Kingston police say Watts has been conditionally released and may pose a risk to the community, particularly females under the age of 18.
Watts has been released under supervision in the past and then returned to jail for not complying with his release conditions.
Police say he will be supervised for the next five years by the high risk offender unit and must follow a long list of rules.
