Kitchener libraries reopen
The Kitchener Public Library is getting back to business-as-usual, somewhat.
KPL branches reopened on Thursday with expanded in-person services, like book browsing and computer access.
Some things are still off-limits due to the pandemic and Waterloo Region's current 'Red-Control' status under the province's colour-coded reopening framework.

The Waterloo Public Library will reopen on Friday, and in-person services at the Idea Exchange in Cambridge are set to resume on February 22.
