Memorialize a loved one in Kitchener this holiday season
Are you missing someone this holiday season?
Why not memorialize them with an ornament or card at Williamsburg Cemetery in Kitchener.
The city is hosting an event until Sunday, January 10, where residents can bring an ornament from home to attach to what the city is calling the Tribute Bridge, which overlooks the cemetery.

If you don't have an ornament, you're asked to bring a card (no bigger than four inches tall and three inches wide) and insert it into an empty sleeve on the bridge.
You're asked to bring an ornament that's not made of breakable material.
This event is being held instead of the annual “Tree of Remembrance” event, which was cancelled for this year due to COVID-19.
Looking to pay tribute to a loved one this holiday season? Commemorate them by adding an ornament to the Tribute Bridge at Williamsburg Cemetery from now until Jan. 10.
