By Christine Clark

With several businesses and government facilities already closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it won't look much different this holiday Monday.

Some grocery stores and pharmacies will be open so be sure to call ahead or check the store hours online.

Garden centres will be open to get all the green thumbs ready for the growing season.

As per usual, Beer Store locations and some LCBO stores will be closed.

Waste collection will continue as usual, however a reminder that bulky item collection is still canceled for COVID-19 safety measures.

Waste transfer stations for residential drop-off will be closed for the holiday.

Grand River Transit buses are operating on a holiday schedule.
