KW Titans announce schedule for 2018-19 NBL Canada regular season

The Kitchener-Waterloo Titans Basketball Club is excited to announce its 40-game schedule for the 2018-19 NBL Canada regular season. All 20 regular season home games will be played at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium.

The Titans third regular season will tip-off at home on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM vs Sudbury Five.

Titans will play majority of its home games on the weekends, with six Saturday evening games (7:00 PM), and six Sunday afternoon games (2:00 PM). Titans will also host six games on Thursday evenings (7:00 PM).

Two special home dates include: Tuesday, January 15, 2019, where the Titans will host the Cape Breton Highlanders for an 11:00 AM School Day Game; and Family Day 2019, where the Titans will host the Sudbury Five on Monday, February 18 at 2:00 PM.

The longest home stretch for the Titans is six games, between January 5, 2019 and January 19, 2019. January is also the busiest month at home for the Titans, with eight games, while February has a total of 10 games, 5 at home and 5 away. The longest road stretch is five games, between November 24, 2018 and December 9, 2018. The Titans will play 16 of its 40 games as part of 8 back-to-back sets.

For the first time since the league’s inaugural season in 2011-12, NBL Canada will operate as a single 10-team conference throughout the regular season. The traditional Atlantic and Central divisions will be used to determine playoff matchups based on the eight best winning records at the end of the season. The Titans will continue to be a member of the Central division, along with the London Lightning, St. John's Edge, Sudbury Five, and Windsor Express.
