OPP investigate double fatal near Elmira
Wellington County OPP are appealing for witnesses after a double fatal crash north of Elmira.
The collision happened Saturday around 3:30 p.m. on County Road 12 near County Road 45 in the Township of Mapleton.
Two people were pronounced dead on scene, while another was airlifted to a London hospital in life-threatening condition.

Emergency crews also had to rescue a woman who was trapped inside one of the vehicles for 90 minutes.
Anyone who saw the crash is asked to call OPP or Crime Stoppers.
