Murder Suspect in Court
A Kitchener man facing a second degree murder charge has been remanded in custody following a brief court appearance today.
27-year-old Norman McEachern is also charged with impaired driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death.
CTV says he will be back in court on September 7th.

34-year-old Brett Kaufman was killed Saturday after being struck by a vehicle on Homer Watson at Hanson.
Police are asking any witnesses to contact either the Homicide Branch or Crimestoppers.
