Centre GM says goodbye

The general manager of Kitchener’s Centre in the Square is leaving for Austin, Texas.

Jamie Grant will become executive director of The Long Centre for the Performing Arts on September 19th.

Grant will have been with the Centre for 13 years.

In a release, Chairperson Tim Jackson said, “Jamie is highly regarded for both his professional activities as well as his community contributions – he will be missed on both fronts.”

Assistant general manager Bill Nuhn will take over until a new general manager is found.
